3. Request Access to the data room. This will generate an email to our Administrative Center; in the email, request access to the property or properties in which you are interested.
4. You will receive a Confidentiality Agreement, to be executed electronically.
5. After executing the Confidentiality Agreement, you will receive a password to the Data Room.

8. We represent the Seller, and do not pay co-brokerage commissions. Buyers may choose to retain their own broker to participate in the sales process. We strongly encourage all Buyers to retain legal counsel in the State in which the property offered is located to advise them on the due diligence and purchase process.
9. Financing is not offered by the Seller. Once the Offering Period has ended and a Buyer selected, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required with the Purchase & Sale agreement, no contingencies accepted, and escrow will close within thirty days.
